It is the mission of the Joint Hospital Planning Council (JHPC) to "Provide Excellence in EMS Care" to Greater Bridgeport area through high quality educational pograms, institution of effective quality improvement programs and by enforcement of our regional protocols. 

Cooperation and teamwork between our organization, the ambulance providers operating within the region and the hospitals providing definitive patient care is essential to the fulfillment of this mission.
